So sad tonight to learn that a friend of mine passed away this week. Gregory H. Kahn was in my class all through [Crawford] elementary school and was in my homeroom at Welch Jr. High until his family moved to the east coast. I'm not sure that he thought of me as a friend back then (probably more like the girl who drove him crazy!), but when we reconnected on Facebook a few years ago, he treated me like an old friend. I was so glad to get to know him a little as an adult. Please join me in keeping his family in your prayers, especially his wife and his adorable little boy Benjamin who's not quite two yet.
